END OF VINTAGE, ONLY A FEW CASES LEFT!
While frowned upon in this country, Rosés are a very important part of everyday life in the south of Europe. The difference? There they are dry and often very serious wines. Here? Historically they were very sweet and came in charming gallon jugs. Our Dry Rosado is done in the European style, barrel fermented and handled just like the fine Chardonnays but in neutral barrels. A warm day, some sautéed vegetables in olive oil and garlic, fresh bread and an ice-cold bottle of Rosado (Spanish for Rosé) is one form of heaven.
