SARAH ROBINSON

Sarah Robinson, Sales & Marketing Manager California, joined the Ventana family in October of 2006. Most recently from Los Angeles, she was recruited as the Tasting Room and Special Events Manager charged with the task of bringing a facelift and a new focus to the retail side of Ventana Vineyards. With her lengthy background in special events and hospitality from her experience as Operations Manager for Buena Vista Pictures and Special Events Manager creating magic at The Disneyland Resort, Sarah was able to realize event sales nearing 60% of 2005 in just 5 months, streamline daily operations, and implement staff training schedules. Sarah has also been the Director of Special Events for Special Olympics Southern California for the past 7 years to which she is able to credit a fresh approach to events and creativity. New to the wine industry, Sarah is not new to Sales and Marketing or the passion of fine wines. Having recently completed her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from CSU Long Beach combined with over 13 years experience designing marketing and advertising schemes, Sarah was hired with the forethought of her stepping right into Ventana’s sales and marketing team. Her background has taken her through brand management and promotion, customer service, marketing & advertising and sales throughout California pulling her from her little home town of Yuba City in Northern California. Poised for tremendous growth, Ventana has begun a new campaign in California to make Ventana wine readily available throughout the state at finer local retailers and restaurants in every region. Maintaining our commitment to quality and excellent wines, Ventana is pursuing development of Monterey County wines as a premier producer of wine throughout California.
