Our philosophy is that our visitors, guests and wine lovers should enjoy themselves. At Ventana Vineyards, this starts with a team approach. In the vineyard, many our skilled vine workers have worked with Ventana for several years. The Vineyard Foreman, David Rodriguez has cared for our vines for nearly thirty years. From the vine to the barrel, this effort carries on to the winery where Reggie Hammond and Miguel Martinez work their magic in wine creation.

The next step is the presentation of our wines to our family, friends, guests and customers. LuAnn Meador is our Marketing Maven, overseeing all aspects of our wines from the label creation to wine placements and also managing out of state distribution. Our Monterey County and California Sales Manager is Sarah Robinson who also works with our Distributors, Restaurateurs and Fine Wine Shops. Gerre Calderon, assists LuAnn with Sales and Marketing. Our Accounting Manager and Wine Club Coordinator is Christy Florez. Betsy Johnson handles out-of-state compliance and maintains the website. Our talented group of Tasting Room Hosts present the wines to our guests and make sure that they enjoy their visit to Monterey.
